Privacy Policy

Juggle is an iOS app for keeping track of what you are working on. You do not need an account. This policy explains which data is processed, by whom and why, under the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).

2. Your boards stay yours

Boards, cards, checklists, notes, due dates and focus times are stored on your device and in your own iCloud (Apple CloudKit, private database). The developer has no access to them, and there is no server of our own that receives them. Widgets and the Live Activity read a small summary that stays on your device.

3. Notifications

Reminders for due dates and long-running cards are scheduled on your device. Nothing is sent to a server.

4. What data I do collect

The only thing I collect is anonymous usage statistics via AppHQ, the developer’s own backend:

  • a randomly generated install_id (UUID). It is not an advertising identifier (IDFA) and is reset when you reinstall the app;
  • app version, iOS version and country;
  • anonymous events, only as a name, count or type: onboarding finished (template, notifications on or off), board created (template), card created (how: quick add, widget, Siri; with or without due date), status changed (to which status), view chosen (list, grid, board), Doing full (which choice), week shared (image or text), Pro screen shown (where), trial started, Pro bought (which product).

Card titles, board names, notes and checklist items are never sent. These statistics cannot be traced back to a person.

5. Purchases

Juggle Pro is handled by Apple (StoreKit). Your payment details go to Apple and never to the developer.

6. App Store privacy label

In the App Store, Juggle is listed as Data Not Linked to You (usage data and diagnostics). No tracking, no ads.

7. Your rights

You manage your data yourself. In the app, Settings › Delete all my data removes all boards and cards, also from iCloud. You can also delete the app’s iCloud data in Settings › your name › iCloud › Manage Storage. The developer does not keep any personal data that he can view. You have the right to lodge a complaint with your data protection authority (in the Netherlands: Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens, autoriteitpersoonsgegevens.nl).

Juggle is een iOS-app om bij te houden waar je mee bezig bent. Je hebt geen account nodig. Deze verklaring legt uit welke gegevens er worden verwerkt, door wie en waarom, volgens de Algemene verordening gegevensbescherming (AVG).

2. Je borden blijven van jou

Borden, kaarten, checklists, notities, deadlines en focustijden staan op je toestel en in je eigen iCloud (Apple CloudKit, privé database). De ontwikkelaar heeft er geen toegang toe en er is geen eigen server die ze ontvangt. Widgets en de Live Activity lezen een kleine samenvatting die op je toestel blijft.

3. Meldingen

Herinneringen voor deadlines en kaarten die lang op Bezig staan, worden op je toestel gepland. Er gaat niets naar een server.

4. Welke gegevens ik wel verzamel

Het enige wat ik verzamel is anonieme gebruiksstatistiek via AppHQ, de eigen backend van de ontwikkelaar:

  • een willekeurig gegenereerde install_id (UUID). Dit is geen advertentie-ID (IDFA) en wordt opnieuw aangemaakt bij herinstallatie;
  • app-versie, iOS-versie en land;
  • anonieme gebeurtenissen, alleen als naam, telling of soort: onboarding klaar (sjabloon, meldingen aan of uit), bord gemaakt (sjabloon), kaart gemaakt (hoe: snel toevoegen, widget, Siri; met of zonder deadline), status gewijzigd (naar welke status), weergave gekozen (lijst, raster, bord), Bezig vol (welke keuze), week gedeeld (afbeelding of tekst), Pro-scherm getoond (waar), proef gestart, Pro gekocht (welk product).

Kaarttitels, bordnamen, notities en checklistpunten worden nooit verstuurd. Deze statistiek is niet herleidbaar tot een persoon.

5. Aankopen

Juggle Pro loopt via Apple (StoreKit). Je betaalgegevens gaan naar Apple en nooit naar de ontwikkelaar.

6. Privacylabel in de App Store

In de App Store staat Juggle als Data Not Linked to You (gebruiksdata en diagnose). Geen tracking, geen reclame.

7. Je rechten

Je beheert je gegevens zelf. In de app wist Instellingen › Al mijn gegevens wissen alle borden en kaarten, ook uit iCloud. Je kunt ook de iCloud-gegevens van de app verwijderen via Instellingen › je naam › iCloud › Beheer opslag. De ontwikkelaar bewaart geen persoonlijke gegevens die hij kan inzien. Je hebt het recht een klacht in te dienen bij de Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens (autoriteitpersoonsgegevens.nl).

8. Wijzigingen en contact
